Urgent Appointments
For same day or urgent appointments please phone the office to speak with our staff.
Dr. Ulanovych reserves several same-day appointments for urgent issues. These are issued on a first-come first-serve basis and availability is best at 9-10 am.
Please note if you or loved one is having a medical emergency do not call our office or book online – go straight to your nearest hospital Emergency Department.
If you are unsure whether it is an emergency, you may call Telehealth Ontario,
a free telephone service from the Ontario Government at 1-866-797-0000
and speak with one of their nurses or you should visit your closest Emergency Department.
After-hours clinics
As a registered Family practice patient, you have an access to care outside of normal office hours or After-hours clinic.
Clinics are available from Monday to Saturday for urgent care needs for our patients.
From Monday to Friday, clinic times are from 5:00PM until 8:00PM. You may call to make an appointment for the evening clinic from 4:00PM on weekdays. Our Saturday clinics are from 9:00AM until noon. You may call at 8:00AM to make an appointment.
You must call to make an appointment, which are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To make an appointment, call the usual number for your doctor’s office and you will be directed to the clinic.
Our after-hours clinics are shared between our offices.
